Refund Policy

All our cakes are made fresh to order, and due to the perishable and customized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect orders placed by the customer
• Missed pickups or delivery issues caused by the customer

If you receive the wrong item or your order is damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with your order number and clear photographs.

Return Policy

Alls sales are final and cakes can not be returned.

Cancellation Policy

Because all cakes are made to order and begin preparation shortly after purchase, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed.

Please carefully review your order details, including cake design, size, flavor, pickup/delivery date, and any custom text, before completing your purchase.
