Inspired by the most delicious Mont Blanc our chef tasted in France, this cake is a heartfelt recreation of that unforgettable flavor.
Crafted in the traditional French style, it features three perfect layers — crispy meringue, airy fresh cream, and rich chestnut cream.

We further enhance the flavor with homemade custard mousse and chopped chestnuts, creating a gentle sweetness and depth.
The base of baked meringue and sponge cake adds lightness and texture, making each bite beautifully balanced.

This Mont Blanc is dear to our chef’s heart — he even visited the real Mont-Blanc mountain during his time in France.
