Inspired by the “most delicious Mont Blanc” he tasted in France, our chef has recreated this beloved dessert with meticulous care.
Crafted in the traditional French style, it features three harmonious layers: crispy meringue, light fresh cream, and rich chestnut cream.

We enhance the flavor further with homemade custard mousse and chopped chestnuts, bringing out a gentle sweetness and depth.
A base of baked meringue and soft sponge cake adds a light texture, creating a perfect balance that you can enjoy to the very last bite.

This Mont Blanc holds a special place in our chef’s heart — he even visited the real Mont-Blanc mountain, the dessert’s namesake, during his time in France.
It’s been one of Platinum Hills' most beloved signature cakes since the shop opened 9 years ago.
