Because we use 100% fresh animal cream, our cakes are softer and more delicate than buttercream cakes.
As a result, certain highly detailed designs may be difficult to reproduce, including:
• Complex 3D structures
• Extremely detailed character sculptures
• Designs requiring strong structural support
However, this allows us to focus on what matters most: creating cakes that are not only beautiful but also delicious to eat.
