This Mont Blanc was inspired by a truly unforgettable experience at one of the world’s most renowned pastry shops in France.

At Platinum Hills, we recreate the most traditional French style—built with layers of meringue, fresh cream, and rich chestnut cream.

To enhance depth and richness, we add a smooth custard mousse and pieces of chestnut.
At the same time, lightly baked meringue and soft sponge bring a delicate lightness, creating a well-balanced dessert that can be enjoyed until the very last bite.

During his time in France, the chef was so captivated by Mont Blanc that he even visited its namesake,
Mont Blanc.

This signature creation, crafted with passion and precision, has remained one of Platinum Hills’ most beloved classics since the very beginning.
